Application Process

Campus Visit





For admission in July, please contact us during the fall before the start of The Crayon Box academic year to schedule your appointment.


During the initial parent visit, we offer a tour of our school facility and a comprehensive overview of our curriculum. The tour will be led by our program director.


We accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year and encourage interested parents to contact us to check availability and learn more about our program.

Application





Upon visiting our campus, families receive an application form to enroll their child/children in The Crayon Box.


To apply, families must complete the application form and submit it with a $50 non-refundable fee.


Enrollment at The Crayon Box is determined by a lottery system. Families who currently have a child attending The Crayon Box can register their siblings without participating in the enrollment lottery.







Acceptance





Once enrollment decisions have been made, families will receive a notification confirming their selection. If selected, families have two days to accept or decline the offer.


If we do not receive your response within the given time frame, we will offer the opening to another family. ​


Upon acceptance, a $100 registration fee and a two-week deposit are required to secure enrollment. ​ A two-week deposit covers the last two weeks of enrollment. Deposit and other enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
